Coach Sahana HS has an experience of 5+ years in IT Industry. In the past she has worked at Target as a mobile app developer for 3 years and then decided to pursue MBA to widen the scope and skillset. Currently, She is working as an Associate IT Manager in Procter & Gamble bringing changes and transformation in the Product and Services of CRM services

BI: Who is your mentor and the best piece of advice given by her/him?
SH: My mentor is my physics Sir from 12th standard. His one advice was to never be afraid

BI: What dreams and goals inspired you to succeed?
SH: Always to exceed expectation makes me inspired to succeed

BI: How does it feels to be a working women in the business world?
SH: It feels great that I have this freedom because India is still stuck in its' old era of women having to sacrifice their aspirations for sake of family

BI: How do you relieve stress?
SH: Gym

BI: What do you do to live a balanced life?
SH: Spend equal amount of time for work, personal well being and social life

SH: Bold and beautiful

BI: What advice you would give to larger group of people?
SH: Never listen to other's advice. You are smart enough to make your own choices.
