Currently, coach Vaibhav is the Partner - Investments, Private Wealth Management at Edelweiss Financial Services. His passion is to make our country financially literate in some years to come, along with basic education for every citizen of India.

BI: Who is your mentor and the best piece of advice given by her/him?
VJ: By my mentor Prof Yogesh Maheshwari
“Decade 2020-30 is India's and you need to gain most from it. Stick with the economy and try to initiate changes in the mindset of people for creating a better India.”

BI: What dreams and goals inspired you to succeed?
VJ: To be a known name and face amongst millions and billions - in a positive way. People should remember me as a good person.

BI: What do thing should change in the industry you're working in?
VJ: Ethics and trust for this industry

BI: How do you keep a work-life balance?
VJ: By thinking that work is life and life is work

BI: What is your “Secret Sauce?”
VJ: Contribute to society without expecting anything in return
Be ethical
Be punctual and respect others time
Take responsibility for your and your team's actions

BI: What advice you would give to a larger group of people?
VJ: The World is made a better place if everyone supports each other in some way or another.
