Led the supply chain planning, distribution, logistics and transportation operations for the pan India business of the consumer products division worth INR 500 Cr. Handled customer order management for 24 regional distribution centers across India and achieved targets for KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy%, Availability%, Fill Rates%, Ageing Inventory % and OTIF%.

Led the demand planning, supply planning, S&OP and inventory management process for the entire portfolio of ceramic and vitrified tiles. Responsible for distribution planning operations and liquidation of slow moving stocks resulting in release of considerable working capital. Worked closely with the 3PL service provider to achieve customer fill rates, inventory levels and throughput rates. Consistently achieved Forecast Accuracy %, Availability% and Production Compliance% targets.
