As part of a social internship stint, worked with a West Bengal-based NGO, Society for People's Awareness (SPAN), in sub-urban areas in and around Kolkata, in the following areas:
Project Scope: Devising strategy to achieve sustainability and independent survival of SPAN youth groups
- Assessed community needs and performed need gap analysis by interviewing 35 local households and conducting 6 FGDs
- Evaluated alternate means of livelihood for the members and suggested visibility campaigns to assist them for local fundraising plans
- Introduced effective cash management practices for the youth centers and developed a comprehensive roadmap for future action

(Chartered Accountants), to carry out back office and mid office audit of all inter-bank and merchant foreign exchange transactions entered into by SBI during the months of October, 2013 to January, 2014 – both everyday spot transactions and forward market deals upto 2018 included.
